ActaSegura delivers professional support for real estate transactions, digital educational materials, and physical document offerings.
4. Types of Offerings
4.1 Real Estate Transaction Services
Includes advisory consultations, document preparation, due diligence assistance, and on-site representation related to property dealings.
4.2 Information Products
Comprises eBooks, guides, and online courses designed to provide knowledge on property management and compliance.
4.3 Goods
Refers to printed materials, legal forms, and branded merchandise supplied by ActaSegura.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed during checkout. Payment methods accepted are indicated at checkout. Charges are processed immediately upon confirmation.
6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
We aim for complete satisfaction. Please review the guidelines below for each category.
6.1 Real Estate Transaction Services
Requests to cancel must be submitted within 48 hours of payment via our contact form. Approved requests will receive a reimbursement to the original method of payment within 14 days of confirmation. To reschedule a service appointment, notify us at least 3 business days in advance. Certain bespoke services, such as on-site representation and legal drafting, are not eligible for reimbursement once work has commenced due to resource allocation.
6.2 Information Products
Access to digital materials allows a 7-day trial period. If the content does not meet expectations, submit a request through our contact form within that window. Upon approval, fees are credited back to the original method within 10 days. After 7 days, no reimbursement is possible.
6.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days. Requests for swap or scheduling adjustments should be made within 7 days of receipt via our contact form.
7. Services Without Reimbursement
Certain services, including legal representation once initiated, are final due to the immediate engagement of our professionals. No reimbursement or scheduling adjustment is permitted for these offerings.
8. Limitation of Liability
ActaSegura is not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be settled in Barcelona courts.
